NAPA Care
Our emergency benevolent fund provides $10,000 in immediate financial assistance to families in the wake of a fatality in an asphalt work zone or plant site.
Scholarships
With 50+ active scholarships, NAPAREF is funding the future of the industry through state-based and national programs. We’ve supported more than 1,800 students and counting.
